Ivalid serial number

Hello. I can`t install the Photoshop Elemements because "the serial number you entered is invalid". I tried to specify both the serial number specified in the system. Also tried the one specified in the paper version. But the serial numer is also invalid.I What is proplem?

My order number 142260429.

It is not that we would not love to help you, but this is a user to user forum with sometimes Adobe employees participation. Any problem arising with orders, activation etc need to be solved with Adobe. Unfortunately, the link provided by @master_mo does not work.
