Loading Elements 18 from Disc

Can Not reinstall Elements 18 from Disc.

It was Ok before Latest windows 10 update Now it refused it work.

Uninstalled & tried a fresh install from Disc.

Comes up with "Error 12"

Any advice please, I am 87 yrs old pensioner Not computer happy with workings of systems

If No, could you please share the screenshot of the error logs that you found using the Adobe Log collector tool?

Could you please try downloading from Download and install Photoshop Elements and try installing it again on your computer.

Also it would be helpful to give a solution, if you share the details of the error summary and the configurations of your computer that you are using.
