I am interested in purchasing Ps, however, with all the different apps within Ps, I am unsure. I looking at being to edit pics, create/edit images, logo and other such items for my business. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

This forum is dedicated to Photoshop Elements, which is different from Photoshop("Ps".)
You should be able to carry out the above references tasks with PSE.
Suggest that you download the free 30-trial of the software. If same is satisfactory for your purpose, you may purchase the license subsequently.
