Move from 32bit to 64bit version?

My PSE 11 version is 32bit.  It is still working on the latest 64 BIT Windows 10.  Could I,should I move to the 64 bit version &  how is this done?

    Have a look at that faq:

    What features from previous versions are not available in Adobe Photoshop Elements 12?

    That means that PSE11 does not exist in 64-bits version, which has only been introduced with PSE12.

    You can't move to 64-bits with PSE11.
