Moving Elements catalog 2020 from external hard disk

After installing elements 2020 on my old pc I converted my old catalog to 2020 but did not get to back up catalog. My old pc crashed and is non functional but i attached t6he disk as an external disk and copied files over to new pc in the same location i, is it possible to copy the catalog accross and reconnect?
