My assistant purchased photoshop elements.

My assistant who is no longer with our company purchased photoshop elements.  I have the order confirmation.  I don't know the account login info she used so I can't download the program now onto my computer.

    Find your serial number

    You will need the serial number, but to obtain the serial number, you need to log into your company's  Adobe account. Obviously this is password protected.

    You could try contacting Adobe directly, or, perhaps the ex-employee can be persuaded to share the info.

    I got the serial number. Do I just download the trial and enter my serial number somehow?
