My daughter and I have the same program but I can't print picture packets on mine

Hello

My daughter and I have the same program adobe photoshop elements 14 and she can print photo packets but I can't. why?

She has a Mac and I have a Window. Even thought we have diffent computers we should have the same printing options right? I don't see why the program should be any different.

    File>Picture Package is only on the mac side.

    On windows one cam print a picture package or contact sheet from the Organizer.

    File>Print and then under 4 Select Type of Print
