New Laptop & Elements loading

I just got a new laptop running Windows 10, I already was using Windows 10 and had Photoshop Elements on my old laptop. DO I need to buy a new Elements license? or can I just transfer all my data files now on back up to my new laptop and expect it to still work?

    Hi,

    You need not purchase the Elements license again. You can use same license on two machines simultaneously.


    And yes you can back up and transfer the data from old laptop to new one.
