No serial number on sleeve for Mac disc

Well - thank you for the suggestion, but I find it impossible to get to an actual customer service person. I tried all of possibilities on the Adobe site a few days ago, getting no where, and so I posted my question on the Forum.

I have just gone to the same pages on your site - using the link you provided - and had the same result. I did get to an apparent Twitter page where I saw responses to other Adobe customers, but did not find that it was any help to me.

I tried signing in with my Adobe info, but apparently I need a Twitter account. I don’t have one. I don’t want one. Is that the only way I can reach an actual human being and get an answer - even hopefully a solution! - to my issue??

Here again is my problem, as previously posted:

I purchased Elements 15 from Costco. I use Mac and so discarded the Windows disc & sleeve. Reading previous questions and responses, apparently the only place to find the serial number is on the WINDOWS sleeve!! So - is there any other way to get the number so I can install my purchase...or am I just plain screwed?!
