Question

Nothing under Guided Edits PSE 15

Someone on the forum suggested to a previous poster with this problem that holding down the Ctrl+Shift+Alt key while launching the Editor would allow one to delete the Preferences, which would then re-build automatically and solve the problem.  I tried that.  During launch, it did as me if I wanted to delete Settings.  I answered Yes, but the problem still persists.

When I click on Guided tab, I get a blank work area (still in PSE, though).  Any thoughts on how to get this to work?

    Hello,

We're sorry for the inconvenience you had to face.

Could you please navigate to C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\17.0\Workflow Panels and check if 'GuidedEdit' folder is present there? If yes, then please share a screenshot illustrating the files present within the 'GuidedEdit' folder.

    Thanks,

    Medha

    Medha,

Thank you for your reply and suggestion.

    I'm sure you meant C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\15.0\Workflow

    Panels, and not C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\17.0\Workflow

    Panels.

Here are the contents of the Workflow Panels folder. If this is not

sufficient information, please let me know. Thank you very much.

    Phil

    Hello,

You'll need to log into the forum to post screenshots. It isn't possible to do so via email.

    Thanks,

    Medha
