    Two different issues:

    - The Canon 6D Mark II can't be supported by PSE15 but it is with PSE 2018.

FAQ: Will Photoshop Elements work with my camera, or Why won't my raw files open?

Refer to the links in that faq.

    Cameras supported by Camera Raw

So, Jean-Luc, your option is to download the free Adobe DNGconverter software mentioned in that faq.

It can batch convert a whole folder of your CR2 files to the DNG raw format that PSE15 can read and edit. Free, same quality, but another (batch) conversion step.

    - Gregory, I can't help with Facebook which I don't use.

I had to purchase Elements 18 and I am still having problems with uploading images to Facebook. I get Camera Raw OK, but there is some form of compatibility issue. I have latest firmware from Canon and updated Elements 18 for latest Camera model and still the problem persists. And as usual, Adobe's help is worthless.
