Opening a .pdf file in PSE 15, through "edit in" in Lightroom

The following message pops up. I'm running OS X Version 10.6.11. How can I fix this? Also, the usual icon for PSE 15 does not appear in my applications folder or in the dock. A generic icon appears instead. Can anyone explain why.

    I the Lightroom Preferences>External Editing point to the

    Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor.app

    in

    /Applications/Adobe Photoshop Elements 15/Support Files

    The message you got usually happens if the External Editor is pointed to the

    Adobe Photoshop Elements 15.app

    in

    /Applications/Adobe Photoshop Elements 15
