Pan and Zoom

Hello,

I am new to using Adobe Elements, but I have some experience working with digital editing. I am making a slide show of our trip to Italy, and I'm trying to add some movement to the pics through pan and zoom. The problem is that the frames I am using are limited in scale. Is there a way to choose the scale I use? As it is, the scale cuts off the pic.
