pghotoshop elements

Hello

I h ave a photoshop element  6.0it has been registred years ago hen I bought a Nikon camera at that time ( alleluia)   he apps was included in the package!!

now I would lke to install it on my new PC with OS W10 and that's the problem I become an "alert' indicating that I have to use I.E. 4 or more!!

funny ??.. Wn 10 gives EDGE including I.E. 11

what can I do to solve the question?
