My Adobe Photoshop 11 won't start and the last time it did it said to contact adobe with the error 5 listed?

Hi,

To reset the preferences :

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Mac: Option+Command+Shift) immediately while launching the Photoshop Elements editor. A dialog will come , click Yes to delete the file.

Are you using Photoshop Elements 11 or Photoshop CS4 Photoshop Version 11. In either case try resetting your Photoshop preferences.

It is telling me to uninstall and reinstall the software how do I reinstall it if it come loaded on my computer when purchased?
