If bought and downloaded Adobe photoshop 15 on my laptop, is there a way I can download it onto my desktop computer too? Or can I only have it on one computer

Hi,

You can have Elements installed at the same time on multiple computers but can be signed in at two computers with same account to use it simultaneously.

So in you case, yes you can install and use it on your desktop too along with laptop, provided you have the same OS on both for which you have bought Elements if it's not multiplatform version.
