Photoshop Adobe Elements 10 Organizer for Mac won't open

Question

I just upgrade to Catalina OS on Mac and my Photoshop Adobe Elements Organizer for Mac won't open and I get a message that it needs to be upgraded. Some time ago I seemed to have stopped receiving notifications to update Photoshop. When I updated my OS suddenly Photoshop no longer works. I haven't logged in to Adobe for a very long time and no longer have the same email address in order to log in. Trying to get any help from Adobe seems to be elusive. Adobe does not update older versions. The latest version is Photoshop Elements 2020.

The interface is different but most of the tools will be familiar.
