Photoshop Element 15 for two units one Pc and one MAC

I have heard from the photo course teacher that it is possible to buy Photo Shop Element 15  on one DVD, valid for installation on TWO units,

one PC and one Mac

Is it so and who might sell this in Sweden?

    The DVD version allows that, but the current version is Photoshop Elements 2018, not Photoshop Elements 15.
