photoshop elements 14 could not complete the save command because there is not enough RAM

I get this error when I try to save or save as on PhotoShop Elements 14

"photoshop elements 14 could not complete the save command because there is not enough RAM"

It used to work fine. Then error started. I uninstalled the software, re-downloaded it and installed it again.

I found this article (Error while accessing performance preferences - 'An integer between 96 and 8 is required.' ) which talks about physical override memory MB in the registry, but that value is not there for PhotoShop Elements.

I need to get this fixed ASAP as I have some files to edit.

Frustrated!

    I think I have tried everything and no success.  Even paid someone who I use for tech support and he couldn't fix it either.  Hopefully Photoschop will create an easy fix!

    By following the steps in this article I was able to resolve my issue as well
