photoshop elements 14 [serial number not accepted]

After reinstalling windows 10 I also reinstalled phososhop elements 14. Now my serial number is not accepted, but it is the number i see on mij adobe account.

What is wrong?

    If you:

    • are certain that you have re-installed Elements 14 for Windows - and not a different version such as 15
    • are entering a valid 24 digit serial number (don't post it here for anyone to steal)

    then you'll have to contact Adobe Customer Care
