Photoshop Elements 15 stop working

Hello, I have installed Photoshop Elements and everything was working right.

Now I can not open it. I have to reinstall this program, again. This problem happen to me for 3 times, already.

This is all, what I can see:

This program working for few days and then wants actuallize camera raw on the newest version and after that it stop working.

Do you know what shall I do?
