Photoshop Elements 6

I cannot open my Photoshop Elements 6.  I upgraded to Windows 10 almost 2 yrs ago.  I was always able to open the application until just recent.  Is there a reason?

    A Windows update or a driver update may have done that.  Try System Restore to see if it works.
