Photoshop Elements 7.0 [How to reinstall on Windows 10?]

My PC was bought with PE 7.0 already installed as part of the package for the PC. So I have no disc to attempt a reload with.

The PC came with Windows XP but after being offered Windows 10 to download many times. I did so and then discovered

PE 7.0 would only partially open and it was not usable anymore.

Is there something I can do to get PE 7.0 up and running again on my Windows 10 or is it now defunct?
