Photoshop Elements 9 not functioning after WIN 10 upgrade

Hello,

after not using my notebook for 3 Years I installed a new SSD, imaged the original HDD and upgraded to WIN 10. Unfortunately, Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 does not start anymore and requires a product key. Since I bought Adope in a bundle with my notebook, I do not have this product key available.

What is the process to reactivate my Adobe Photoshop Elements 9?
