Photoshop Elements from Microsoft Store RAM problem

I'm having the same problem many users of Elements are having right now.  Every time I try and save a photo, I get a notification of not enough RAM, when my computer has plenty.  There is a common fix out there where you go and adjust the registry parameters (REGEDIT).  However, I cannot find Photoshop Elements 15 or the 2018 trial I just downloaded in the registry Adobe folder.  I downloaded both 15 and 2018 from the Microsoft store and I believe they are being treated as an app on my computer. Can someone please help me locate the correct folder?
