Photoshop Elements Organizer - Versions 11 to 16 - ALL CRASH AFTER LAUNCH

I have has the same problem (for 6+ years) trying to use Adobe Photoshop Elements Organizer (from versions 11 through 16).  After initial setup and doing a bulk load of pictures, Organizer crashes with no messages within the first minute of opening.  Couple that with the total lack of support from Adobe and you have a WHOLE LOT of wasted money.  If there happens to be anyone at Adobe who cares, please have someone from tech support contact me and I'll send them the Windows 10 error log.  Otherwise, can someone suggest Windows photo cataloging and editing software that is supported and isn't a piece of junk?
