Questions marks in the organizer tells that the files are no longer in the same drive/path as when they were 'imported' in the catalog.

That's what happens if you move, rename or delete files from the explorer or finder instead of using the organizer for those tasks.

If you have moved them outside of the organizer, move them back to their original location.
