Place embedded

In PSE 15, where is "Place Embedded" located?

I purchased a photo collage template on ETSY and that is how she said to add the picture.  She said it was under File, I have a place, but not place embedded.

    Photoshop elements doesn't have the Place Embedded or Place Linked commands.

    That's in photoshop cc.

    That being said, File>Place in photoshop elements 15 is the same as Place Embedded.
