Plug in not showing in PSE 15

I have used Portrait Pro Studio edition as a plug to Elements in the past, but when I updated to the latest Elements, I can't get the plug in to show up. It downloads and supposedly is in my HD, but it isn't showing up in the PSE software.

Check if the plug-in is compatible with 64 bit apps. It may only run as 32 bit.
