Premier Elements Folder Size Issue

Anyone have an issue with Premier Elements 15 on the extract step before the install and run out of space with folder sizes when the exe is unzipping the files?

    Adobe help center spent an hour trying to install last night via remote using all the troubleshooting hints that I had already done; no dice; next up create a new admin account and try in safe mode is the advice; problem is my dad's funeral is in two days and no more time - going to try different software and will have to come back.
