Printer I just can’t get my PSE to take control of my Epson XP 150000 printer. IMac latest SW level.

I have tried so many things I am totally frustrated with getting my Card to print on mynEpson XP 15000 printer. It seem to me that the printer is taking control and every time it tries to print on 8.5x 11 paper instead of the 5*7 I selected.  I have printer set to 5X7 card in rear tray . It seems to default to 8.5 X11 out of front loader. I have 5*7 on print screen by defaults after I hit print to 8.5*11. I got rid of canon printer thinking driver weren't correct. Same issue with it . At my wits end . I can print out of Epson SW but not PSE.
