I added elements to my lab top, I have two printers, Epson pm-400 and xp-640,  I downloaded to drivers to the laptop.  Now when I go to print in elements 2018 the program stops working.  Why

    Hi,

    Request you to please clean the preferences of application and then try printing. Follow these steps for the same:

    • Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Mac: Option+Command+Shift) immediately after Photoshop Elements begins launching. Click Yes to delete the Adobe Photoshop Elements settings file.
