Printing photos

I have been using Photoshop Elements to print photos to a Canon Pixma Pro 100 printer. I have been printing to 8-1/2 x 11" paper with an 8 x 10" image. The image size had been printing perfectly. Recently, using the same printer settings in Elements the image size started printing wrong. Height was too short and width was too long. This happened printing color or black and white. Could the problem be that the gray and light gray ink cartridges are almost out of ink?

It would seem that the landscape/portrait orientation is flawed.

In Editor, go to File>print. In the dialog that opens in my version of the software, there is a button for Page setup at the bottom. Click on this for paper size & orientation.
