PS Elements 15 failed load psd

Hi!

I have installed the PS Elements 15 (still on trial mode) and when I try to open a psd file is retriving an error: "Could not complete your request because of a program error". I checked the log file and the errors are always the same: "E:\Adobe\pse\main\elements\main\build\photoshop\sources\ULinkManager.cpp : 290 : REQUIRE failed". I don't have a E:\ drive. Any idea how to solve this?
