PSE 14-Serial No peculiarity

You don't say when did you buy the product or whether you have already entered the serial number once.

I suggest, enter your serial number while you are logged in as Administrator on your machine and use the same e-mail as the one you have registered when buying the product so that it is correctly registered on your machine.

Try it and let us know if it worked or not.
