PSE 15 Elements Organizer Import crashes when changing locations
Windows 7 64-bit, 3.6Ghz Intel Core i7-4790, 12GB RAM, 1TB HDD, . Upgraded to PSE 15 from PSE 12 (No issues with PSE 12). Start PSE 15 Organizer, click Import, choose "from Camera or Card Reader. . .", then under the "Save Options" pane on the right, click the Browse button. The Photo downloader crashes every time with:

Please advise regarding how to resolve this.
It does NOT crash if one does not clock the "browse" button on the right side pane of the Photo Downloader dialog. But with this problem, it's not possible to change download locations.
