PSE 15 update - Scanner quit working

I guess there is always a downside to updates.  PSE 15.1 came out today, updated and now my scanner which was working perfectly yesterday is not recognized.

Whatever Adobe did, I hope they undo.

Very frustrating!  hope someone has some ideas!

    Suggest that you try a system restore to a point in time when you could use the scanner.

    Thanks for the suggestion.  Actually the fix was easier!  After you install the update, restart the computer and all its well!  I tired that before anything else and it worked.  The joys of updates and supposedly seamless updates!!
