PSE 2018 install holds at 75%

Hi,

I am installing pse2018 on my laptop, but is stops at 75%, on the install of Microsoft Visual c+ 2008 package.

If I click on abort I do get the popup to cornfirm, so it seems the program doesnt hang, and I see the time remaining just counting up and up....

Any ideas what to do?

Use customer care.. I didn't ask anything my email id and password i give someone on Skype just now i changed my password
