Hi, I have PSE15 on my mac.

I downloaded PSE 2018. The Editor opens. However, het Organizer , upon opening keeps hanging.  Does not open.  Even tried to open with the Shift key and thus select the proper catalog. Didn't help.

Any one a solution ?

thanks

eddy

Hello,

Thanks for replying.

The system matches the minimum system requirement. (12 GB ram, 64 bits,…)

BUT : I removed PSE 2018 completely.  Then I removed PSE 15

I restarted the computer and then I first installed PSE 15 (from disk) . Following that I installed PSE 2018 (trial version from download)  And now PSE2018 seems to work very well.

So when this continues I think that I’ll upgrade after the trial period :--)

One remark though : this is more for the marketing people from Adobe :  why does an upgrade has to cost so much ?  Up to now I have upgraded almost year after year.  A 50 % price for upgraders (especially those from the previous version) should seem fair.

Yours sincerey,

Eddy
