PSE 2019 How to change the location of saved files

I found this online but I do not have the Browse button???

That must be a difference between the pse 2019 organizer from adobe and the one from the mac app store.

I have pse 2019 from adobe on macOS Mojave and it has the Browse button.

The Apple App Store version does not have the Browse Button. Had I known this I would not have purchased it that was as I have thousands of pictures.
