PSE 7 to PSE 15 catalog conversion failure

I create a simple catalog on PSE 7 then I save it.

When I restore this catalog under PSE 15, the restore works but the conversion fails with the log : "error : scheme conversion failed, aborting"

(I use the official test version of PSE 15)

What is the solution ?
