Question

pse14 dvd burn invalid disk name

This has been asked before but no solution has been posted. I solved it a few months back but it's returned.

When I try to burn a DVD on a Windows 10 64 bit PC i get an invalid disk name error and can't burn the disk. I'm in the process of burning it to a folder but I prefer not to waste valuable EHD space doing this. There must be a solution. I unchecked the disk accelerator box in the prefs.

Any other ideas. Or should I just upgrade to 15 or does ths version also have the issue.

    Hi fbkohn,

Thanks for posting in Adobe forums.

I understand you are facing issue in burning DVD with Adobe Premiere Elements 14.

Could you please provide me the following information:

    - Have you tested this issue in any other Version of Microsoft OS?

    - Have you updated your Version 14 yet?

    - Are you using any 3rd party antivirus in your machine?

    - For how long you have been facing this issue?

    - Do you get any error message when the disk burning fails?

    Thanks

    Regards

    Neeraj
