PSE15 and Nik. Can't get access to Nik. Automated Tools greyed out even in Expert mode.

I have upgraded to PSE15 and I can no longer access Nik.  I've applied all updates, uninstalled and reinstalled and still no access to Nik. I can't even get access to Automated Tools, greyed out even in Expert mode.  I am wondering if i need Photoshop Premier Elements 15?  Anyone know?

    Sorry for the trouble here.

    Could you please reinstall Nik plugin, it would resolve the issue.
