PSE15 "No valid files found" on IPhone 6

I recently purchased a new Windows 10 PC and installed PSE15 on it.  When I connect my IPhone 6 to the PC through a USB connection, PSE15 sees the phone as a "Camera or Card Reader".  However, when I click on the Apple IPhone as the Source, I get the message "No valid files found".  I have LOTS of photos on this phone.

Can anyone help?

Bill

I have this same issue.  However, I upgraded to PSE 15 this past summer.  I was able to download photos from my iPhone 6S then, but recently I am getting the "No valid files found" message.  I had PSE 11 prior to this and never had an issue downloading photos from any iPhone.  Can we get a resolution already??

George,  I discovered that is was an IOS problem that the new upgrade likely caused.  I needed to toggle the Iphone to allow the PC to access to photos.  That solved the issue.  - Bill
