PSE2019: ERROR after import of fotos from camera

Hi fellows,

we have the problem that PSE2019 shuts down with an error ("ein Fehler ist aufgetreten") during the attempt of downloading fotos from camera/mobile.
Any ideas what to do???

    Try copying the photos from the storage card to your computer using a card reader. If you add then to a new folder you can import from that location using the menu:

    File >> Get Photos & Videos >> From Files & Folders
