Hello, I'm hoping you can help me. I have got photoshop elements 11 and I have been trialing premier elements 11 editing some videos. I decided to buy the premier elements but I seem to have purchased photoshop elements 15 which I don't need. Is there any way that I can exchange this for Premier Elements?

Many thanks

Jimo

thanks for your advice. Please can you tell me where I have to go to to get an exchange or speak to someone about it, I've been trying to get hold of someone for about 3 days. You are the first human I've been able to communicate with.

I paid £70 for PSE15 and I've paid £120 to transfer my videos onto USB I'd don't really want to spend any more money if I don't have to.

    thanks

Adobe no longer sells older versions; so it is only possible to purchase the latest version. You could request a refund or ask a sales agent to swap for Premiere Elements 15. It maybe worthwhile getting the combo Photoshop Elements 15 & Premiere Elements 15. It costs a bit extra but the combo would give you full compatibility between both applications.

You could use PRE15 and PSE11 but only as independent apps.
