I am sick to death of getting error 16.

I have done everything everyone has advised me and yet I still get error 16. and for some reason as I uninstall, I get a message that it doesn't exist, still it is in my C drive.

And another thing, not everyone wants the CC programs. I bought a CD I'm not paying monthly for this crappy program.

Now, I want my money back or get off the dumb stick and fix it right..

Windows Vista and later
Use the Windows Snipping Tool to take a snapshot of the area you want to capture. See Use-Snipping-Tool-to-capture-screen-shots for instructions. Save the result as a JPG or PNG file.
