Re-using Elements 13 on new PC [Lost serial number]

How do I move Elements13 to a new machine. my old one has failed (the keyboard has failed), but I have managed to delete Elements from it. tried re-installing from the DVD but it asks for a multi item code which I no longer have.

    You always need your 24 digit serial number to reinstall your software. That’s what you pay for when you buy software. Without it, you cannot use PSE 13 on the new computer beyond the 30 day trial period.
