Really sorry I bought this product!

Photoshop elements 13 on an IBM computer

Turned on computer and:

Problem #1

Instead of videos, I have rectangles with a solid green color

Problem #2

Several years of my old images have disappeared. Now just the last several years are present. Will have to attempt to recover from backups unless the two problems are related and Elements has just temporarily lost them.

Any one with experience with Google pictures?

Wow!  No phone support for Elements.
