I just want to return a product that I bought wrong, I already bought a new one good to install in my computer... Would you pleas just HELP me to return the wrong product, and get refund money in my bank?

    If you purchased directlt from Adobe I suggest you log-in to your account and find the case number.

    Sign in with your Adobe ID (email address & password) and choose the tab “Plans & Products”

    Then view your products. Every registered application should be shown with serial numbers.

    If the case is still live add a reply and explain the product has never been installed and activated.

    To see a list of your registered products and their serial numbers, go to My Account

    Hi

    I went to the page, but how can I desative a product if it was NEVER

    activated,

    Again I just want to have my money back, as I cannot use this product, and

    I already bought the right on for us. Paid 108.00 by PayPal, and just want

    this money back into my bank account.
